first I want thank you for taking the time to read my post
I have a 96 saab 9000 cse turbo 5sp, I bought the car for cheap bcs of a headgasket failure, I changed the gasket(did it myself), took the head to a machine shop and he said the head was warped, he fixed the problem by resurfacing it and checked for cracks, after I was done with the car I still get a lot of pressure in the coolant system, I got my sniffer and checked of combustion gases and was positive, I know I've done the gasket right bcs this is my 10th time doing a head gasket on a saab and never had an issue, when I bought the car I noticed the car has a new radiator, fan and hoses, so that tells me they overheated the car and today I found part of their old idle pulley underneath the coolant reservoir, I think the problem is the head but I'm not 100% sure, maybe the machine shop never saw a crack in the head ,I can get another head for cheap and do the gasket again, but If its the block I'm gonna trade the car in and forget about it for now, what do you guys think, thanks
