I think 1995 is the first model year with the computer control coolant temperature gage and fan control.
Does your 1994 still have the old style two speed fan control via the relays and resistor ?
Does your 1994 have the same engine and coolant sensors as the 1995 (there are two separate temperature sensors for the 1995) ? Is it possible to check the part numbers on the sensors ?
I recall seeing at the eEuropart site that the coolant temperature sensor is different for 1995 with TCS as well. I think TCS is only present for a manual Aero in 1995 (I know, I have one) but not for an auto (I might be wrong however). Do you know which engine you put in ? Again, I think if you can check the part number.
I guess with the wrong engine temperature and wrong coolant temperature sensor, they would give you the cold start and radiator fan turn on problems.
