Does it start in LHM mode or does it go into LHM after a few minutes of driving? Did they replace the vaccuum lines with silicone? Did the dealer do the checking of the lines? If they weren't all replaced I would definitely do so using silicone (search for "hose techniques" website, 3.5mm 23 ft)
If the LHM kicks in after driving a short disatnce, I would replace the TCS saftey valve on the firewall as well as the hoses.
From rereading, it sound like you're starting with TCS and ABS lights illuminated. Are you also in LHM mode or are the lights just illuminated at startup?
The TCS switch is probably unrelated if you're starting in LHM and the switch used to work before all these problems. If you're saying that since installing the switch, the car starts with TCS and ABS illuminated, then I would assume you installed the switch wrong.
I'm no expert by any means, just a guy with a '93 Aero that's had TCS issues. You can learn a lot about TCS by searching this site, I hope you get this resolved. good luck -AMG
