The TCS safety valve is considered a maintenance item by SWEDECAR(saab tech on this board), to be replaced every ~100K miles. Is yours original and what mileage are you at?
Just so we are clear, the TCS/ABS lights are normally on at startup then should go out after 10-20 seconds or so. Then the TCS switch could be pressed and the TCS CNTL light would illuminate to indicate TCS disabled.
When my car started in LHM I could barely get it to keep running the idle was so low. What do your idle and warning lights do during the startup process?
Was the throttle body you installed new or used or remanufactured?
