How I "saved" $70

Just as I thought my Aero has been in best shape ever another problem came up. Last week I got new Kumho's and had them installed by one of the local shops with "big" name. Idea was to save $70 on installation vs dealers charge. Well, two days later I took front tire off (to fit mud flaps) and what do I see- axle nut on passenger side half stripped with fresh signs of chisel! Now I get progressive kinda "rubbing" feeling every time I use brakes from the right front.
So I went back to complain. Of course nobody "touched" anything. I asked them to at least check for proper torque of the axle nut. What do you know- they don't have a 32mm socket!
My coworker says it was done so I'll come back for "further" service.
Sorry for the long and mad post, just needed to went.
