There is no separate part number that I can find for that part - it's just part of the head. Just like you can't buy half a head (just the left side, please), this looks like a part that is part of the factory installation. The only way to replace it would be to replace the head. That's no fun at all.
I've never had any leakage issues from the plug, but that may make me more lucky than anything else. Taking it out would probably cause more problems, and you'll not find a new one. I would clean around the plug very well with a good grease cutter, followed by alcohol (cold engine!). Once dry and very clean, I'd put a thin bead of a good oil-proof sealant around it. Surface sealing is usually not successful, but it's worth a try. I'd also maybe just tap the plug IN slighty with a mallet first.
