TCS CTRL and LHM giving me serious problems

Hope that this doesn't end up too long, but here goes. First off, 1992 9000 CD with Turbo 122k miles.
Last summer I was having issues with the TCS CTRL light coming on and I replaced the blue bleeder valve on the false firewall. Everything has been fine, but starting yesterday on my way home from work I had to pull of the road 5 times to stop the car and restart, whenever I got to a stop light the idle would drop to nothing and the car would shut off. Same thing this morning on the way to work. I checked all of my vacuum hoses and found one that was suspect, so I replaced all of the hoses that connect to the valve. After doing so the TCS CTRL came on once I tried to accelerate rapidly. After letting it sit a few hours, the car started right up and accelerated great, but when I took a sharp turn the TCS CTRL came on again. Now I can't even start the car without the TCS CTRL light coming on. The car immediately dies. Any suggestions? I don't think that I need to replace the bleeder valve again, it doesn't even have 15,000 miles on it yet.
I've read through the archives and I've seen where people say check so and so's post about this for troubleshooting steps, but I can't seem to find those posts. Maybe a link to whatever I should do, but I'm hurting here and not too bright (at least that is what my wife has been telling me all these years).
Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered. If I need to take it to a dealer I will, but I would prefer to fix it myself.
