Anyone with a known good BPC in the boston area?

Hey,
So I have a 98' CSE, an since the time I have bought the car a little less then a month ago, I have never been able to get the car to boost to or past the orange/red dotted lines! In any gear! Its not the wastegate because a week ago the cotterpin broke, and I have since replaced that with an E clip. The car definitly has more boost since the clip was put back on. I have also removed the W hose to the BPC and the car boosted wildly to the red area and the fuel cut off. I've hunted for vacuum leaks, and have since replaced a few suspect hoses. The car had a checkengine light for an o2 sensor, which has since been replaced and now is complaining of a dirty cat (all according to the scan tools). But my mechanic agrees this would not account for the poor preformance.
I know this is a tall request, but if anyone in the boston area has a known good BPC that they would be happy to lend for a few minutes to another saaber I would be extremely grateful. I simply dont have the money for replacing a 150 dollar part and have it be not be the part that needed fixing!
Obviously I will drive to you, and do all the leg work.
thanks in advance
