The white smoke comes out of the exhuast. In the past few days it has been raining, the car is either parked on a level surface on the grass, or at an upwards incline (tail pipe pointed down) on a gravel driveway. I dipped a paper towel in the coolant, its aqua koolaid colored.. Looks like coolant,and there isnt any trace of oil in it. The oil needs a 3k change in another 400 miles, but it looks like good oil. The windshield washer fluid tank has a leak, but it has been dry for a couple of weeks. Need to fix that too. Didnt check the power steering, or the gear box fluid...

Often when I start the car there is a squeel which seems to get worse when Im transfering power to 1st gear when I get moving from a start. After that the noise will go away, and doesnt usually appear in traffic situations. But has maybe 5 or 6 times in the last 2500 miles. Could this play a part in the white smoke? I doubt it.

thats all I've got so far... Any other tests I can do to narrow this down?
