I am assuming that this is a per-wheel price, correct? Yes, that's pretty expensive.
Here are some options:
1. it is unusual (but possible) that all four wheels are bent. If only one or two are bent, why not pay to have them straightened/refinished, which I believe costs about $125 each?
2. find some good used Aero wheels
3. If you are not willing to spend the $$$ for replacement 16 inch wheels, you can pick up some used 15 inch wheels for about $100 to 150 for a set of four - take a look at the saabnet classifieds or a well-known auction site, which has them all the time.
