It just might be the fuel pressure leaked down over the days.
Here's a trick for fast start-up with Trionic cars, which is just good practice - turn the key to ON, and take a couple/three of seconds to see that all the lights come on as they should. Then start the car. It should catch on a lot fewer cranks.
With Trionic cars, if you turn the key to ON, it immediately starts the fuel pump. Fuel pressure can build up, and the engine starts that much sooner.
If fuel pressure has leaked down over time, if you go immediately to start, the pump has to pressurize the line. Until you reach full pressure, the spray out of the injector is pretty weak, and instead of a spray, you get dribbling droplets. Those don't burn as easily, so it makes for a hard start.
