Crank Position sensor?

Just got this motor in my 94 aero and transfered all my sensors, anyways took the car out for a ride but knew something was wrong as it was studdering and missfiring, got around the block and the car just shut off. I started to crank and crank and nothing, absolutly nothing. As i was cranking i saw that the needle not bounce but slightly rise off the holding needle to about 100rpm or so then back down when i release the ingnition. Got the car towed fliped the DI over tested for spark found out that the DI wasnt giving anyspark in #1 cyl, flip it back over car fired up but missed of course. Got a new di from a dealer this morning and plugs car took a while to start but thought it was new plugs. So when it fired ran great no missing i was happy. LEt it idle for about 1 hour. Shut it off 2 hours later time to go home. Car took about 5 sec to start, wasnt sure what that was all about but when started again ran great go the gas station got gas, started right up. Drove 6 miles on the interstate car dies, like someone turned the ignition off, but while the ignition is still on and the car is in gear hoping for it to come back to life i watched my Tach do some crazy stuff like bounce all over the place and peg itself and then come back down to zero lay there, then jump back up. NOw while cranking i get no tach movment whatsoever. After trying over and over for about 10 min car started back up drove 1 mile and died again same thing happend with the tach when it was in gear rolling dead.
So what do you guys think? i seriously think its gotta be the CPS.
