As per the post a few above yours, look at the "buying one" section on quasimotors.com.
This car may be a real find, or it could be a piece of work. I thought that all 1986 cars imported to the US were turbos and came with leather seats; perhaps the owner replaced them with cloth seats as 20+ year old unmaintained leather can look terrible. All 9000 turbos came with a form of the APC system, allowing the car to raise boost to accommodate gas quality.
Yes, the 16" wheels are worth something: $60 to $150 each, depending on many factors. Note that there are no 16" steel wheels that will fit, so you will need to get 15" wheels of some sort and new 15" tires - hardly economical.
The factory service manuals are quite expensive, a nice addition.
You have a Volvo, parts cost is similar. A lot of us buy our parts through some of the site sponsors, many handle both Swedish brands.
As to what this car is worth, that's a big mystery. Several posters have picked up cars from the mid 1990s with a few "issues" for $2000 to $3000. There is very low demand for a 20 year old SAAB 9000, no matter what its condition is.
