Oil smell in the cabin & noisy power steering. Help!!!

Hello fellow SAABers, I wanted a SAAB since I was 6 years old. 20+ later my dream came true, but not in the prettiest way... I've spent $3000 on my 96 9000 SCE 5-speed with 110,000K over the last year, and still my cruise control is shot, heated seats don't work, and headlight wipers do God knows what and they stop vertically sometimes. But what bothers me the most is the oil smell inside the car. After moderate to harder acceleration it starts to smell. Or just cruising on freeway- I open the windows and with fresh air I smell oil again. I switched to syntetch oil, and it smell like, dah... synthetic oil now. Nothing is leaking under the car... Old schoolers please help- I'd be mad to sell my 9000 but I am not a taxicoman-addict to be smelling oil two hours a day. The other thing that drives me nuts is the noisy power steering. It was leaking and my mechanic put a new high pressure hose- ever since it makes poise- that gets louder as i steer. Getting close to giving up... Help me SAABrothers. Mikee
