It only costs about 80-90 bucks now. I forget the name of the thing - but it has one side with short 2" open hose and its attached to the firewall passenger side. Use your tech2 tool first before buying any parts of course. If you dont have one go to indy /dealer to check codes before you start wasting your time. Might as well get a check valve too ($40). I had similar issue and the fix was that thing on the firewall. The only way to fix electronic issue quickly and EASILY is to use the tool and software designed by the manufacturer for their own POS systems. Years ago when the car was fairly new I gave it to the dealer and it took them 5 days to track down a loose wire in the harness (free) but I had to rent a car. Any electronic issues generally have never returned for me since I told them dealer mechanics I f'n dont want the car back til its fixed and whatnot and so maybe I got lucky.
Worst case is if you just start guessing the throttle body + electronic control box (highly unlikely) which can be had now anyways for peanuts from ebay or local wrecker If you refuse to pay someone else/ goodluck
