On the suspension - I'm a bit bemused by you saying nobody has anything for your car - there's so much out there!
First step is usually to replace the "butterfly bushes" on the front suspension control arms, and the anti-roll bar bushes - either with OEM rubber or with poly.
If you have 15" wheels, another must-have upgrade is to 16" (or more if you insist) with your choice of really good tyres.
The Saab "road handling kit" or "sports chassis" effectively gives you an Aero suspension, which is a tadge lower and an excellent compromise for many people. There's only one version around these days as far as I know, though you used to be ablet to get different ones for manuals and autos.
If you want to take things further, alternatives include the Koni damper/spring kit (I have an idea the springs are B&G) but if it were me I would source some Eibach springs to go with a set of Koni adjustables. There are dozens of springs and dampers out there.
You could also stiffen up the anti-roll (sway) bars, initially with poly bushes as above, or by adding SAS 25mm/1" bars or the Abbott Racingrear bar stiffening kit. Bear in mind that this will harden your ride and place more demands on the tyres. Of couse, if your car is the old shape you could fit a CSE rear bar to go up from 18 to 19mm.
In fact, so much of this comes down to personal preference. On a previous CSE I over-stiffened the suspension, so it was brilliant on really smooth roads but kidney-bashing on broken surfaces. On my present car I've returned to the road handling kit and like it a lot.
