Just a couple of thoughts to add in. A sensible figure for front toe-in is 1.0mm. And if you already have 25mm/1" bars you probably wouldn't want to go any stiffer - if you stiffen up the front you will increase understeer. Also, stiffer bars harden the ride on anything but the smoothest surfaces.
You already have decent wheels and poly butterfly bushes, which ought to help the wriggling under acceleration. You already know you're sagging and are looking at springs: having lowered a CSE in the past I've now come back to the Saab Aero-spec suspension in the "road handling kit" or "sports chassis", so you could run some Saab springs with the Konis, but that would hardly lower your car at all. I've heard really good things about Eibach springs but they will cost you perhaps $400 a set (Taliaferro).
Having matching springs should help a lot when it somes to launching the car. Alignment, too! Other suspects would be wear anywhere in the suspension or drive train, maybe steering rack mounts, and especially the tyres (ie. pressures, tread wear and individual characteristics). What did tyres did you buy, out of interest?
