is that the PCV valve is fitted the right way round: there's a little arrow head on it and that should point away from the valve cover and towards the throttle body, so that fumes can come out of the engine but not be forced back in under pressure from the turbo.
It's also a good idea to use electrical cable ties on these little hoses (just trim off the escess with a hobby knife). As Street says, it makes sense to replace them all - they degrade with heat, and one in particular to check is the one going to the so-called "hooter valve" mounted on the intake ducting behind the radiator. This has one small hose coming to the front of the valve, from a Y-piece below the throttle assembly.
One more - the hose to the fuel pressure regulator can also get brittle: you find that at the top left of the engine, pretty well where you found the grommet David Ingram told you about. Same size hose, easy to fix!
