My personal approach to maintenance of important systems like brakes is to replace both sides. Failures can happen at your mileage or greater, but the important fact is that the conditions that corroded one side were applied to both sides. eEuroparts has the calipers for $60 ea. Cheap for peace of mind. Plenty of posts on caliper R&R, but basically remove two bolts holding caliper to hub carrier. Recommend new rotors to go with your pads and calipers.
