test it with an ohmmeter - should have about 3 ohms resistance between the center pin and each of the two outer pins. Next try cleaning it out with some contact cleaner or brake cleaner or other spray that will not harm plastics - spray into the three tubes, shake, drain.
The BPC is made of a hard plastic that is welded together - I doubt that you will be able to take it apart and ever get it to work again.
Somewhere, there must be an acceptable substitute part .........
