I put the old relays back in. Turned car on but didn't start it. Listened for the pump and didn't hear anything except a little fan noise toward the center of the car. Then started car, Anti lock light went out after a few seconds, fluid level light was not on, then tried pulling the two relays while car was running. Pulled "Pump Relay" and nothing happened. Pulled "Main Relay" and Anti Lock light came on. Still have hard pedal. Marked level on fluid before starting car and level didn't move after running for a couple minutes. Don't know the history on brake fluid. Bought the car about 14 months ago with bad tranny. Now it's a runner but did sit for about 2 years total before I got new tranny into it. Brakes worked for about 300 miles after new tranny put in but did have a shimmy on braking. Was planning on pads and rotors next. Related?
Would pulling the "Pump relay" and nothing happening tell you anything?
Anything I missed or can also check?
Thanks guys,
Captain
