On my 97 CS, there are two sunroof drains. One for each side, and they empty out behind the rear wheels. Looking under the car, there should be hoses poking out with what looks like miniature baby bottle nipples attached. When my sunroof was leaking, I removed those nipples and they were full of road grime, leaf bits, etc. I opened the sunroof and slowly poured water into the trough which the window assembly sits in and noticed additional grunge pouring out. Did it for both sides until the water ran clear. I left the nipples off, and noticed a little more road noise when the sunroof was closed, but the interior sunshield was pushed back. When I cleaned up the nipples and slid them back on the drains, the road noise went away. It is a simple fix and does not require any tools.
On the driver's side there was an additional drain. I think that one is for the hatchback. You might want to check that one as well.
