The clutch? really of function of what type of driving you do. i.e. if you get on the freeway and drive for 50 miles without stop and go traffic, and return drive is the same, your clutch wear will be much less than if you are do 20 miles of stop and go traffic in LA. The more non-stop and go driving you do the better your clutch will last. Of course those full power launches from the stop light won't help...

The head gasket? Somewhat similar, a function of the history of usage. Have you had an overheat condition? had a hose split and dumped water and could not stop until the offramp? did you car run at a constant lower temp for several years, but for the last couple that needle has been running higher (but not in the red) on the freeway, and a little higher in city traffic? Those are all indicators that the engine/block/head has gone through larger temp range changes as a result of a cooling system that is not up to snuff.

Change your coolant, only use *DISTILLED* water and coolant mix, if you e experiencing higher temps than normal get your radiator and thermostat checked out.

About the only for sure is that after you have a complete overhead, to the point that the radiator boiled dry, you will be having a head gasket blow soon.

PS - I have a 1994 and a 1996 Aero. Bought the 96 for a song as the PO overheated the car, would not stop late at night going home. upper radiator hose had split and dumpped all water right now. Head gasket blew, dealer said might be as much as $6000, so he sold it. Moral is... don't let your car over heat!
