Well, there's no fouling, nothing burned, no oxidisation or degradation of either electrode, slight greyish deposits - from the colour I'd say your mixture was at the weaker end of normal, but the plugs are very new. "Normal" covers quite a wide range and engines run weaker than they did when I were a lad. You could see more brownish deposits and a bit more carbon and still be fine. Gap looks OK too, about .9mm ?
Back in the '60s I used to have a thing called a Colortune Plug you could fit in place of a regular plug. It had a transparent end and you could actually see the combustion colour as the engine ran - great for getting the mixture right on carburetted cars.
