picture comes up not available for me, btw
blue wire on stereo is usually for aux amp turn-on, or power antenna.
cable to rear amp - green and gray sounds like left and right audio inside a shield.
black orange brown - power, ground and turn-on signal, probably. not sure which is which. on some euro cars, brown is ground and black is power. amp gets power, then turn-on signal, to prevent loud POP when it gets power. educated guessing on my part. do you have a test light or voltmeter? that'd be my first step.
separate keyed and constant power lets stereo go off with key. some cars (vw, maybe others) tend to have stereo always on. make sure you don't put them both to switched (i've seen it) or radio stations get lost every time you turn key off. doh!
assuming grey has 3 amp, wire may not be big enough to run stereo without cooking something, especially if it's a window-rattler.
is this an aftermarket head unit? check manufacturers website.
