Shmeykhl,
I assume that you are in the US - rikhtik? If so, look at the diagram on the right side of page 4 only - the one on the left is for other markets. You listed the color codes on the radio side of the plug, the colors change on the car side of the plug - a balagan. The OEM radios in US 9000s were the same for at least 1992 to 1994, as far as I know, but the 1993 documentation appears to differ a bit from what you found - or perhaps the blue wire doesn't do anything (or maybe it reduces power on startup to prevent blown speakers). In any case, you decoded the five wires that are in the wiring diagram correctly - gold schtern!
For the new radio, you probably want to connect one of the power wires to "always on", which will save the radio settings, and the other wire to the switched power - I don't recall if which goes to which, but you can experiment, easy to switch if you don't get the right results. As a start, I'd put the big wire (w/ 15A fuse) on the "always on" wire from the car; depending on the radio, the other wire can be either a "on-sense" wire or a feed to the memory.
As far as splicing into the wire that goes to the rear amp, you may or may not want to use the rear amp, depends on what kind of power the new unit puts out. Alternatively, if your new radio has a power amp for the rear, run speaker wires down under the passenger seat and connect to the rear speakers there.
