I haven't tested for voltage at the relay posts but since it gave me a reaction when the ACC switch is on (an nothing when it isn't) I am going to assume at this point that the low current side of the relay is being energized.
This is leading me to believe that hopefully there is a bad connection on the high current side somewhere between the relay and the clutch.
Where is the thermo switch you would recommend testing? Please don't tell me it's the one behind the passenger head light.
