David, I would NOT use a ball joint fork on this, it tears the boot. Instead of trying to take the ball joint through bolt, why not take the 3 bolts(13mm wrenches) that mount the ball joint base to the lower control arm. I find that much easier, and I only take that throught bolt when replaceing a ball joint. Good luck, Coldshot..................
