Sometimes things come loose inside the visor itself and rattle around. You can tell if that's the issue by gently banging on the visor, or shaking it.
Do the same -- gently bang on the headliner in that vicinity and see if the rattle is heard. There's some wiring leading to the visor between the roof and headliner, and maybe it's loose and rattling. If so, you can remove the center overhead console and try to pull the wiring tight so it won't rattle. Otherwise you might have to pull the headliner to really fix it (or just live with it). I think the wiring is normally taped to the underside of the roof, but with heat and age the tape often loses its stick.
Those are some ideas to start with anyway.
