Quick alternator checks-
When the car is running, what does the voltage read on the EDU? If it is low 13's at idle, mid 13's at 2K or above, the alternator is working just fine. Frankly, 13.anything is just fine.
A more likely failure than a power shortage to the DI is a bad DI. Have you replaced that? A misfire would be due to lack of fuel or bad spark. Since you didn't mention an O2 sensor fault, I'm going to guess fuel mixture is OK, and spark is what is left. So either bad plugs or mis-gapped plugs, or a weak DI. Since the DI is an electronic device, random heat-induced failures aren't uncommon.
I tend to doubt it's a voltage issue - the injectors will start to crap out a low voltage before much else.
