it will fit, but it will look differently. The Aero bumper is one piece of plastic that wraps around the whole front corner of the car,all the way to the wheelwell. A CS/CSE bumper is just the front of the car, and as it wraps around, there is a black divider about 1.5" thick, then exposed painted fender, then wheelwell. You also will probably need (6) clips that attach the sides of the Aero bumper to the fender. To top it off, your CSE trim that goes around the whole car is black with a chrome strip in the middle of it. All the Aero trim, including bumpers, don't have that chrome strip...they are all black.
If you have no option, I'd say go for it and make it work, but I'd hold out for the right piece. Non-Aero bumpers are far easier to come by than Aero bumpers.
