Nice job Eric. For future reference, where you reused the line inside the cartidge, and say you saved yourself $300....if you ever destroy that line, or cannot get the line back onto the barbs of the pump or the T-block in there, you can remove all of the hard plastic line and replace it with rubber fuel injection line from a parts store, and use small hose clamps. I've done it on 2 Aeros so far with no adverse effects. It will make it MUCH easier to get the pump out, and a new one in next time, so just keep this info as an FYI....
You're right...my first took about 3 hours, and I built the same PCV ring as I'm sure you have; half if it cut off to fit under the lip from the rear seat. The second one took about 45 mins to an hour max. After you've done it, the hardest part is getting the dang unit in and out of the tank!!!!
