Hi Guys - apart form the motor resistor pack giving up, if the motor dies, its usually the brushes. Now, cleverly, Bosch does not offer replacement brushes. I have scoured the World for these, form Aberdeen in Scotland, and have found a supplier of these brushes. they are a K44 type - also used in Jaguar fan motors and for the princely sum of around $30 USD are a fraction of the cost of a new motor at $300 USD plus from Saab - or Bosch.....
Its about a 40 minute solder and pliers job.
