saab's logic on

using small engines escapes me. I own a non-turbo, and I can't fathom someone's thoughts during the design process of a four-thousand-pound 150hp car. I don't imagine a standardized turbo, two more cylinders, or a better-tuned head would result in a serious decay of our oil supply. These are luxury cars, right? What's luxurious about burying your accelerator to keep up with traffic?
I'm also not fond of the passanger crank seating adjustment, which could have easily been a ratchet and saved many from carpal tunnel (conjecture, not fact ;) ).
not doggin our wonderful cars...I wholly enjoy saab motoring. These frustrations seem so avoidable, but maybe our swedish designers had something else in mind.
