I have had my 93 CDE 5 speed since new, and was a great car until a few years ago when it had lots of TCS/limp home problems. I have a new ECU, throttle body, and safety valve but still have intermittant problems. The AC is also not working and I have gone through almost all the sensors, switches and relays but still no A/C. I can jump the relay and the A/C works great. The relay is good as I have the top off and can see it work when I put 12 volts across it but the relay is not closing when it is in its socket. There is 12 volts between ground and one side of the relay's solenoid but no voltage between the two solenoid terminals. I have checked the frost valve, and the the A/C pressure switch on the radiator and my last check is the pressure switch on the receiver/drier, but I can't get at the connector to unplug the switch so I can bypass it. I have the airdam cover off and can touch the connector but can't get my hands on it from the top or the bottom. Is there any way to get access to the connector to pull it apart?
