Obviously your clutch doesn't work. If the car is switched off, it doesn't matter if the clutch is engaged or not to be able to shift gears. Since you replaced the clutch master cylinder, it appears that the clutch slave is gone. That's bad news, because replacing it means dissembling the tranny from the engine, as the slave is located by the clutch, between the engine and the transmission. There are, however, other possibilities, such as a broken hydraulic line between the master and the slave, or maybe even the master going out again. The question is if you are losing any fluid from the brake fluid reservoir. It should show underneath the car. I sure hope for you that it's anything but the slave that's gone. But if it is, I suggest you bite the bullet and replace everything that's in there, slave, clutch, pressure bearing, the whole lot. You'll be good for another 200 k-miles with due care.
