Replace Presure Plate/Slave or Not

93 CSET 5 spd 252K miles. Original clutch. Blown tranny.
I have the old tranny removed and a replacement from a salvage yard ready to install. I'm not sure how much longer this car will go, so I am considering options with respect to clutch replacement.
I definitely want to change the worn clutch disc and release bearing.
Is there any reason I can't continue to use the original pressure plate. It was working fine when the tranny went out - there was good clutch release pressure. Has anyone tried this successfully?
Also, the slave cylinder from my original tranny looks like new. Not one indication of fluid leakage or corrosion. Would I be crazy to continue with this part, or is it not worth the $180 gamble. I also have the slave from the salvage tranny but it is oil covered and has some indication of external corrosion. No indication of fluid leakage.
