ATF in radiator

All:
I posted last week while on a long trip and found the car wouldn't stay in top gear. Managed to get back here to NH okay and am mostly unpacked (I've been gone for months). Went to check on David Ingram's suggestion that it might be leaking cooler lines in the rad, and I think that's it: the dipstick for the tranny shows nice clean-looking red ATF, but the overflow tank for the radiator coolant looks very dark and opaque. So a couple of concerns:
1) I need to do a round trip over to Maine tomorrow, about 200 miles. Given that I've already been driving around with this condition for hundreds of miles, is it reasonable to think I can put 200 more miles on the contaminated coolant? (Not much of this trip will be at 65mph, mostly 45 or so). Or is this really courting disaster and I should rent a car?
2) Will I need to change out the cooling lines that enter the radiator from the transmission, or do I need to replace the whole radiator?
Thanks,
Bruce
