The ABS tool worked great with a little mod.
I have the pump assy. out and removed the insert. Here's my questions:
1) Should I go to the trouble of replacing the check valve elbow? I have no reason to believe it is bad and replacing the hard plastic line looks like too much trouble given the former.
2) It is a 6mm 3-barb insert. I did cut the plastic fuel line at the insert barb. From your experience, shall I just get the FI line and hose clamps to replace the OEM plastic line? Is there another fuel line product that I should consider? I expect to keep the car a while at least until it becomes too much bother to maintain (which may not happen if I continue to maintain it properly).
Thanks
