I'll have to grab my detailed schematics, which I don't have access to right now (later today). I'm pretty sure the anti-theft kills the fuel pump and DI, but lets the starter crank.
Is the dash LED on and or flashing? If you close the doors and wait, does it go back to flashing?
About all I can recommend is checking fuses 13, 16, 19, and 22. Actually put a voltmeter on both sides of 16, 19, and 22 (through the little hole in the top of the fuse) at any time, and 13 with the key in RUN. You should see 12 volts or so on both sides. I have actually seen fuses that looked good visually but just didn't work, so the voltmeter is key.
After that, all I can recommend is trying to bypass the alarm. I'll dig out the schematics tonight.
