You are schmart guy. Congrats! I passed a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Buick Riendavous (sp)today going the same way, I am sure, other than vertical clearance, I can haul as many people/cargo as they can. The roads were the worst of this winter so far, and my studded Nokias are on their 4th winter.
Summer 2006, I bought a 60 gallon air compressor,on sale, from HD on the way back from picking up the wife's 9-3 CV in Mass.. I was driving our '97 9K Aero.( the Aero seats don't fold as flat as CSE's) I asked the guys at HD to "get it off the pallet" and I would go get my car. When I brought the car around, they said, "no way Jack". I said, "give me a miniute". Folded the seats down, installed the compressor, and drove 150 miles home.
Brought a Riteway wood stove home in '89 in my 900. They said it wouldn,t fit also.
Just purchased a low mileage 9K for the wife to drive for her winter car so she can get rid of her Ford Ranger, and keep her '99 9-3 CV parked for the winter. (if we don't drive it much, maybe someone will want it once she drives a 9K again)
The experience transfers, and the PARTS stock is smaller. Not that you need many. Only the essentials.
