I think if you were to lift the side of the evap housing that connects with the blower enough to get a little clearance, that's all you need. I didn't have to fuss with any A/C lines, so I was able to twist and yank it out. You can unbolt the bracket on the top of the wheel well to give me more movement. The blower came out out fairly easy. I think there were a couple of clips that held the blower to the firewall- make sure you remove these. Seems like I pushed down on it and lifted the front of it as to give it a twist. It came right out for me.
