Aero Suspension Rebuild - What to Replace?

Hello all! I've posed this question on SC, but without any real constructive replies. I've spent a lot of time lurking/searching on here, and thought I'd query the resident Saab gurus.
My new-to-me '93 Aero has 223k (mostly highway), totally original suspension. I'd like to remedy that. The question is, what should I plan on replacing? I want to replace what's worn out, but I don't want to just throw money at it. I could teardown and inspect, but that gives me a lot of downtime while I wait for parts. So, what TYPICALLY wears out in the suspension?
Thus far I plan on replacing:
Shocks (Bilstein HD)
Front/rear sway links (rear with poly)
Front rear control arm bushing (poly)
Strut bushings (popping when turning)
Tie rods (torn boots)
The only obviously worn item is the torn tie rod boots. As you can see from the poly stuff, I'd like to end up with better performance as well, but without compromising ride quality, so no lowering springs. If I can save enough money on the replacement bits, I might be able to swing SAS sway bars. So, what should I add to my shopping list? Thanks!
