The only additional suggestion that I have is on the order that you will replace parts. First, start with the typical wear items, i.e. ball joints and tie rod ends. Next, replace the front control arm rear bushings (polyurethane?). Then try the rear polyurethane swaybar bushings. If the shocks and springs are not too worn, these changes alone may make you happy and you can stop there. On the other hand 200K+ miles on shocks may be pushing it.
If you want to maintain somewhat proper alignment while you are doing this piecemeal, you can replace one part (i.e. one side's ball joint) at a time and reset the toe-in at each stage so the steering wheel is still straight. On the other hand, if you know that you are going to replace a lot of front end parts, you should do them all at once and have the car aligned properly afterwards - each part will affect the toe-in.
One other part that I forgot about is the front swaybar connecting links (between swaybar and control arm): the bushings in the link do get worn, have a look at yours. If I recall correctly, there is no rear swaybar link (which was on your list), but there are rear swaybar bushings.
