Winter always results in lower MPG. There are several reasons. Fuel enrichment for cold starts. Lower energy fuels. Higher rolling resistance from tires, have you checked your tire pressure lately? Thicker lubes and fluids in cold weather. Snow, slush etc. Higher winds. Electrical requirements maybe a toss up versus A/C, but the days are longer, with heated seats, windows, and the heater fan on hi. It all adds up, winter is not nice.
