When new, did you break in the pads- series of increasing speed stops. I assume so.
Sounds like you may have a hanging caliper. A quick check is to drive around a while and coast to a stop, get out and check the temp of the wheel at the hub. Check both, if one is a lot warmer than the other, you have a pad dragging.
Check the guide pins to make certain they are lighly lubed and free of crud.
And the torque of the bolts- borrow a wrench and check the shops "proper" setting- should be 80-85 lb-ft. when you break it free. Shops use torque sticks on their impact tools- have them hand on/ hand off. A good shop will accommodate you.
