Ok, I know some of these have been posted before, but I've read them and am still really looking for some good advice..

The problem: My lil '86 Saab 9000 Turbo took a '71 El Torino to the front passenger side. Proudly enough, as unfortunate as it was, neither me nor my passenger was injured, and I was able to limp the 2 miles home, the Torino was completely undrivable.

However, the passenger wheel is bent inwards at the top a good inch. I've already tried replacing the strut, the tower looks FINE, the front passenger headlight assembly is bent considerably, the tie-rod, hub/rotor, axle and control arm all look fine. There is a crease behind the driver front headlight as well, and from the front looks like it was pushed from the bottom over a good inch.

SO, I have a 87 Saab 9000 NA car. The engine swap is not a problem, what exactly else would I need to do? the wiring from the engine to?

How much computer DOES it need? I have a msd 6A ignition box, and other goodies, and time isn't an issue, $$ is.. Can anyone tell me the best way to go about a swap? Or mabye swapping the subframe and dealing with the body later would be a better way?

Located in Oregon, so if there is a cheap 9000t donor would obviously love that to :P All suggestions appreciated, but I am looking for some serious help, I've done numerous engine swaps, just not on a saab.. Though I've learned quite a bit, and put quite a bit into this over the years.

I can provide pictures to..

Thanks,

-Russ - looking forward to the whine again..
