So, quite a while ago you replaced with a rebuilt TB. All was OK. Then, intermittent LHM. And now, after replacing throttle position potentiometer, you have reduced the incidence of LHM occurences, but still they happen from time to time. Replaced safety valve on firewall? You probably have. Have you contacted Ultima as the new problem has come up?
If you have a local shop scan the codes that are in your car, the techs at Ultima may be able to give you some insight. They did for me.
As it turned out, it is entirely possible to misdiagnose the codes as "replace TB". In some instances (as happened to me, as mentioned in post above) the ECU truly is bad. I really don't know if it is a hardware fault or a software code bug that renders a TCS ECU bad. However, when this occurs, it simply will not operate the electronic throttle correctly, or open it at all. I have held on to my "bad" TCS ECU in the hopes that I may find a way to "reprogram" it if possible. My understanding is that the older controllers like the model years up to 1992 or maybe even 1993, do not have EEprom chips that can be re-flashed. Sorry if I am going on about TCS ECU's but happens to be my experience, as surprising as it was to me.
Keep is posted. WESTON.
