There are two hoses going back to the evaporator at the bulkhead - are both warm, or is at least one cold?
If at least one is cold, then you're getting cold air at the evaporator, and the problem is the air mixer box.
If they're both warm, then the problem is at the compressor area.
If you check Townsend's AC diagnostic chart:
http://townsendimports.com/Web/climate_control_folder/acpressurediagnosis.htm
You'll see that your high pressure is running a bit low, and your low pressure is running pretty high. According to that chart, it's a bad compressor. I'll caution that I'm no AC expert - I'll talk electrics all day long, but not so much on compressed gas.
What caused you to service the system in the first place? Was it misbehaving?
