Sudden bang while driving with no W hose, now no boost.

Tonight I did the ECU repair, replacing all three transistors on the Trionic bank, and replaced my APC valve. Still to middle yellow on the boost gauge.
So, to make sure it wasn't mechanical, I disconnected the W hose and sure enough got a good amount of boost. However, as boost hit the border between yellow and red (not even into the red yet), I hear a loud "pop" and suddenly no boost.
What can I do about this? Please don't tell me my turbo is done. I don't think that's what it is - no smoke, no grinding, nothing like that. Thank you so much, I'm having a crisis here.
